Solution to Windows Encrypted Files ( EFS )

  #1
Apr 10th, 2008
Need help with a predicament I am faced with.

I have some files that have been encrypted using the EFS feature of Windows XP Pro. These files have been copied over to another Windowx XP Pro system , however the DRA key is lost during this transition. Also the original system is not available at this point in time.

Is there a way around to be able to get these files decrypted ?????

Any pointers or help on this will be appreciated .
