Ok, first off, the site looks pretty good. However, there are a few things you can do that will really make it as professional as possible and more visually appealing.

First off, I would turn the "theory", "data", and "manufacturers" links on the first page into a list, so it is more organized. Just have it say "...aviation topics:" then on the next three lines, in a list, the three topics.

Secondly, at the bottom, I would center the small copyright print, as well as the "official member" and aviation buttons. You want it to look crisp, and it looks a bit cramped and cluttered.

Lastly, from what I've seen, I would either change the home page links or change all the other pages so that the links are consistent across all pages of the site. This allows users to only have to get used to one navigation, instead of two. It also makes it seem more like they are on ONE site with lots of information than a few sites, since the page setup is the same.

Anyway, the site really does look nice! Hope these comments help...

I really like the sidebar. The tell a Friend link should have the lime green on hover the full width of the area, just like all of the other sidebar links.

It's a little confusing how the navigation is in the sidebar on the homepage but at the top on all the other pages. It makes me think that once I click to a page, I can't get back to where I came from. You should keep it in the sidebar throughout.
