what i think i would do is maybe a mod_rewrite ??? not sure if that would do it, but it would redirect to a php page
ex.
http://mysite.freehost.com
to
http://freehost.com/show.php?site=mysite
then the show.php would load a ad into the top frame and the site in the bottom.
i have seen one or two do it this way.
