Expression Engine

Anyone every used Expression Engine to develop a site including getting the forum attachment? Would just be interested in any feedback people might have.

Its a type of cms/framework in PHP /mysql but there is a version you pay for. I've downloaded the core trial version just now and started to play with it but, although it seems good for creating your own designs while it creates the functionality after playing around with it I wouldn't recommend diving in unless you have a lot of time for a learning curve and/or are quite experienced with programming variables etc
