Problem on phpmyadmin

I had been using my local phpmyadmin for the past few days and its working. But suddenly, I can't access my local phpmyadmin and got this error "Access forbidden! You don't have permission to access the requested object. It is either read-protected or not readable by the server".

I did not change anything in my configuration. The only thing I had done is the removal of my Norton antivirus and I don't know if it has something to do with that. Can anybody help me?

Thank you very much for the time but I had managed to troubleshoot the problem already. I am unaware that my phpMyAdmin folder is set to read-only. When I changed the property of my folder, it worked fine!
