There are a few ways. Some IDEs provide a handy tool for doing this that really simplifies jar creation. Which IDE are you using and I may know of a shortcut else try this link to build one from the command line :

RTFM. The JDK documentation is quite extensive, and includes a good manual for the jar tool.

But what the heck does this have to do with JSP?
As people are clearly allowed to attack me but I'm not allowed to defend myself, I no longer post to this site.
