Need a webmaster site reviewed

Hi all, ive acquired Webmaster Marketplace and it need some much needed attention, ive just updated to VB 3.7 and im getting a new template made, the category structure also needs work.

Can any one give me any other tips to help this succeed ? I was quite active when first launched but then the owner didn't touch it for 6 months and it died quickly.

Any comments would be great
