HTML prob - firefox and ie...

Hi there,

New here and have a weensy problem. I am in the middle of putting together a site:

www.wleigh.co.uk/smarties/press_test.html

It shows up fine in firefox and safari, but the nav links on the left all spread out in IE. I have tried the margin/padding set to 0 for all css styles but no luck.

The second problem is probably a lot simpler - after they have been clicked the links no longer change when hovered over.

The css file:

Thanks for your help.
