help me pls connection problem, maybe due to firewall

ive been having a problem with my connection and i thinks its because of a firewall that im not aware is there, ive been having this prob for a while now never botherd me because i used aol dail-up tell now so i really couldnt play games download things but now i upgraded to road runner and half of my programs and all of my browser exept aol dont work they apear with this

so i was woundering if anyone could help me out or give me a hand, i dont really have an anivirus i use ccleancer, ad-ware, and windows defender and i think the only firewall up is windows since i have no other antivirus
