firefox? - if so,
If you use Firefox AdBlock extension and you have upgraded to Firefox 1.5 you may notice that Flash is now disabled on your browser. This micro tutorial will show you how to enable Flash on your Firefox 1.5 browser.
1. Type Ctrl-Shift-P and click on AdBlock Options.
2. Uncheck OBJ-TABS
You are done!
Now you can feast on the (un)healthy diet of Flash on the web.

Here's how I did it. (Vista, HPdv9000)
Download flash player from Adobe.
When you try to install it, a dialog box will tell you that firefox must be shut down first.
Shut down firefox.
Shut down the download dialog from firefox.
Now, open ctrl alt delete, and shut down firefox from there.
Now you should be able to run the flash plugin with now problem.
Good luck.
