how to install notebook drivers

  #1
May 15th, 2008
Hi

I have a HP notebook. but because of virus it is working very slow. I want to format my notebook but I dont have driver of the motherboard.

So if a copy the folder that contains drivers before formatting and after I format the system if I paste that folder in C drive then will it work.

You could, if HP didn't supply you with the correct drivers of there site they wouldn't be a very good company, some sites make it awkward for you to get drivers but they will still be on there, let us know the model and ill take a look if needs be if your still having difficulty.

locate exact model number just to be sure here.because some times number like dv6000 is just a series, and not the actual model number
http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/d...os=228&lang=en
then pick it from list here ,, http://h20180.www2.hp.com/apps/Looku...x=7&submit.y=9

then pick operation system
