vx2 finder shows winlog notify crytnet impersonate and asynchronous ..how to fix it?

Im having problems with ccApp and when I click internet explorer icon it gives me an error removed internet explorer, AOL & symantec norton 360 then downloaded the 1st 2 then installed 360 again...but still have the same problems...cryptnet still has those 2 odd values. Someone had added "ANONYMOUS" to my computer as a user...and I have no idea how to solve these problems

oops! I forgot, I downloaded regrun platinum, malwarebytes, and combofix..but since I am computer illiterate..I didnt know what to do
