Why does Vista seem to suddenly have problems with some programs? I understand when something isn't compatible to begin with but often I'll have a game or program work perfectly fine for a week or two and then suddenly stops working. Anyone know why this would happen or if there is something I can do to prevent this from happening?

Not sure of the exact problem...but you might want to try this...
Go to the program and right click on it...select properties, than go to the tab called compatibility, than check the box that says run this program in compatibility mode for: and from the drop down menu select Windows XP (Service Pack 2)...than click OK...
i hope that solves your problems...
