I have just started using DB2 and have been re-introduced to SQL. I want to make sure I post in the right forum with some questions regarding SQL and some basic scripts I have been given - please, let me know if this is not the place. Also, anyone have suggestions on a basic book I can look at for SQL? I've got some of the basics down (select, from, where), but need more to start tweaking output (e.g. I have 2 rows returned for a 'customer' displaying balances for 2 months - looking to have output have 1 row per customer). I was given the DB2 SQL Cookbook but that jumps right into it without some of the background I think I need. Thanks for your help-
