I'm using an iMac with OS 10.4.11, 2.16 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo.
Over the years I created over 200 VCR tapes. Last year I converted all of them to DVD-RW disks. I used a Broksonic DRVCR900 ser A recorder and dubbed most of the tapes, with an average of 3 movies on a disk. I finalized the disks in the Broksonic. I can play these disks in the Broksonic and also in my Sony DVP-NS41P CD/DVD Player. However none of them mount in the Mac and are not recognized. My friend could not mount them in his PC either. Commercial disks mount and play with no problems. It has been suggested that the Broksonic format used is not compatible with the Mac or PC drives, but that there may be a software fix. Is there a solution to enable me to play and copy my disks to the Mac?
