Building a team

  #1
Jun 22nd, 2008
Greetings all, after just a few minutes looking around i knew this was the place to enquire.

My own personal Java knowledge is growing but only at a most basic level, with this in mind and the simple complexity of my project it seems i must look at building a team now rather than later.

What is sought
  • First of all mature open-minded individuals capable of working in concert but also individually, the kind of people you'd expect to work in the google/Ben and Jerry's offices.
  • These individuals possessing an interest in pushing the boundaries of communication and collaboration, not just within the IT profession or business.
  • An interest in slightly challenging multifaceted projects.
  • Knowledge and experience of Java and its API's
  • Experience of/the ability to quickly gain experience with, JavaMF, Java3D, Website construction.

The project
I dont intend to go into full explicit detail here, but the project itself is quite "light" for the most part, the breadth of the project is where lies its real innovation and challenge.

At this time there are no paid positions for this project (however much i'd like the opposite), however it is anticipated that the end result of this project will -require- paid staff intimately familiar with it.

If your looking for an intriguing "something to do in my spare time" then definitely PM me here to arrange a "get to know" chat.

excellent site that i'll be using to advance my own Java knowledge, Thankyou Daniweb

LOL... I think this may be the right place to post this.
