I have Handycam DCR-DVD408 (witht mini DVD's) and have a terrible time getting the computer to read the disk when I put it in... one I can't get it to read at all and it's a Sony disk (when I go the the handycam software it just says "insert disc in drive") - is there another way - can I plug in the camera to the computer to get the files online? And more importantly - I also have a couple Fujifilm disks that are the same as the Sony ones and the software will read them but says "cannot import because this disc is not supported." - is that bc it's Fuji and not Sony (they only had Fuji at the store) - is there any way to get these files on the computer?? Thanks!
