after start up i get an error loading RUN DLL c:/windows/system/qwqedrri.dll what is it and how can i correct this?

That isn't anything that I can cross reference to a valid dll. So my initial reactions are to have you look at your startup and to find out what antispyware and antivirus you are using.

To look at your startup if you have already installed Windows Defender then folllow this path:

Strat ----> Control Panel ----> Software Explorer

Select Startup programs from the pull down menu on the left side if it isn't already selected.

You should be able to select the various run dll as an app items and find the one in particular that is causing this error and give more details about it from there.

If you do not have this installed yet then you will need to either install it (it's free) or try and find it through Start --> Run ---> (type in) msconfig
