We have Webtop documentum on our network. As a non adminstrator how can I stop the "Webtop timeout" from occuring. The timeout occurs due to inactivity. I don't know the Webtop version.
An IT person stated increasing the timeout (integer) can cause system problems. True?
I get the feeling she didn't really understand the possibility and gave me the easy answer.
Moderators feel free to move this thread as necessary. I didn't know where else to post it.
