I use a NINJA Plus Revision B cooler that comes with a 120mm fan. It keeps my AMD 5000 Black Edition nice and cool. Right around 35c to 40c. I know the problem you are having. I had it for a while until I did some research and picked up and installed one of these. You will not be disappointed. You do need to make sure it will fit in your case because it is on very big cpu heatsink. I sometimes run it without the fan and it still keeps it cool.
