I just bought an Acer Extensa 5620-4020 2 months ago. Long story short it restarted itself in my carrying case and fried. I had an error saying the operating system was not found. After calling Acer support they mailed me sytem and recovery disks. After excitedly reading the instructions I went to work at downloading them. After the system disk finished loading everything an error message popped up saying no hdd available. if you push ok it restarts again. PLEASE help me! Acer support is closed for the weekend and I'm going insane!
