Automatically delete messages from Outlook

Hi.
One of our users has asked me why her emails are being deleted from her inbox after she replies or forwards them.
She is using Microsoft Office 2000 SBE. I have searched and never seen an option for this. I haven't been able to find anything after searching google.

Any ideas folks?

I didn't find any solution to this but it seems that it fixed itself! No more problems with this issue, strange!
