looks sort of like a virus i would have your antivirus program check it out before deleting it.

you might want to take some things off your startup list. you can do this by going to start--> run type msconfig and then click on the startup list tab. here you can see every program that startsup with windows and you can disable them. i am saying this because it looks like you have a ton of programs starting up.'

besides that one i dont see anything.
you should do an ad-aware scan, and a spybot s&d scan just to be safe.
