Help me Please, im begging you!

Okay, well today when I got on my computer, my AVG was done scanning and it said i had about 18 infections. So i deleted all the infections. Well, now when I get on, my computer restarts all the time. A popup comes up and says something like "System just recovered from a serious error." Then another popup comes up that says "Error loading C:\WINDOWS\system32\ygihkmrv.dll This specific module could not be found"
Then when I open up my web Browser, my computer just restarts.
PLEASE HELP!!!

To remove a piece of spyware or for troubleshooting and diagnostic purposes, you could start Windows in Safe Mode. There, only specific programs and files needed to run the operating system are loaded. Connecting to the Internet, will not be active in Safe Mode. A standard video driver will be loaded causing (usually) a less sharp resolution.
Just the essential programs and files are loaded in Safe Mode. You can sometimes remove some spyware, adware, viruses that can't be removed normally.
To get into Safe Mode, repeatedly tap F8 when the PC starts, and follow instructions. Fingers crossed.

-copy it to a new FOLDER placed either alongside your program files or on your desktop and then... rename hijackthis.exe to imabunny.exe
-in that folder start HijackThis by dclicking the .exe; now close ALL other applications and any open windows including the explorer window containing HijackThis.
-click the Scan and Save a Logfile button. Post the log here.

Michael, you have what appears to be a vundo infection, and probably it changes filenames at each startup. So let's try this tool first:
==Download this file to your desktop: http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/ComboFix.exe
- to run it dclick combofix.exe and follow the prompts to start it. When finished, it will produce a log, C:\Combofix.txt - post that log in your next reply.
A word of caution - do not touch your mouse/keyboard until the scan has completed. The scan will temporarily disable your desktop, and if interrupted may leave your desktop disabled. If this occurs reboot to restore the desktop.
Post with a fresh hijackthis log, please.
