hi, looking for help in solving a constant problem with my laptop ? the pointer (arrow) keeps moving either down to the start bar or up to the close window x on the top bar when i am trying to use my laptop. I have no control over my touchpad for up to two minutes at a time when this is happening. I have also tried using a mouse when this problem occurs but the same thing happens to the external mouse also. it just keeps moving to the top of the screen or the bottom of the screen. It is getting me very frustrated as i have tried everything in my control pannel for the mouse. I am using windows xp . PLEASE HELP ?
