This program is for XP and Windows 2000 only!. It does not require any installation and uses minimal system resources.

• Double-click ATF-Cleaner.exe to run the program.
• Under Main choose: Select All
  Recommend UNCHECKING COOKIES if you rely on system remembered passwords.

  • Click Firefox at the top and choose: Select All EXCEPT FIREFOX SAVED PASSWORDS
  • Click the Empty Selected button.

  • Click Opera at the top and choose: Select All EXCEPT COOKIES AND SAVED PASSWORDS
  • Click the Empty Selected button.

• Reply OK to the box with the total bytes removed...
• Click Exit on the Main menu to close the program.

Please reopen HijackThis and click on, "Do a system scan only" and locate the following entries and place a check against them :


O2 - BHO: (no name) - {C0C9D98C-4FCB-413E-9B55-B4C48B593F43} - (no file)
O4 - HKUS\S-1-5-18\..\Run: [] (User 'SYSTEM')
O4 - HKUS\.DEFAULT\..\Run: [] (User 'Default user')


Close all other open windows and click on, Fix Checked.

Please download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware to your desktop.

• Double-click mbam-setup.exe and follow the prompts to install the program.
• At the end, be sure a checkmark is placed next to
  • Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware
  • and Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware
• then click Finish.
• If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.
• Once the program has loaded, select Perform full scan, then click Scan.
• When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results and copy paste them here.

I would account your computer to be slow due to MSSQL and Norton 360 being installed on your computer. I would also like to have your computer configuration and a description of how your computer is behaving now.
