Hey Judy,

Thanks for getting back to me so quickly!

I'd already got the software, but I don't think I did a full scan, and I definitely didn't save a log. I'm running it now, and will post the log asap. (edit... wait, it saves them automatically, right? Sorry... this is doing my head in, and I'm slightly confused... will see what I've got saved...)
