Please begin by running the programs noted HERE with the exception of the Deckards System Scanner which is not available now.
Be sure to have programs FIX if the instructions on the sticky say to do so...especially Malwarebytes' program.
When you have completed those steps then post back here with the logs.
Also, right click that HiJackThis and choose Rename.
When the box opens type in the followingl
hijackscan.exe and hit enter.
Run a new scan with that and include that new log with the others.
