Hi I'm so sorry for not responding sooner I was busy with my new job. I did the restore and it worked but I haven't had the time to use that laptop much since then. I'll try running it over the weekend and see how that goes. Thanks again
Maybe what you have is a non-genuine Windows Vista OS... maybe u got a cracked version... u must return it to where you bought it... or maybe the laptop you bought does not actually includes a genuine OS thats why they installed a cracked OS...
Thanks for all the help, I have another laptop with xp so I will just sell this one because returning it is not an immediate option. Thanks again
