How to select the data's or number's from database as random

hai friend's 


i have 1000 and more question's in database ,now i want to select the question's by the amount of 10 at a time ,when i click the next button the another 10 question's 
are want to show , now the selected questions from database should be in random vise and the random should never repeat ,i gave the question number in database as 1 to 1000 and more
by using asp.net c#,any algorithm is there to select the question's in random ? or we can perform by any query? 
please reply  your idea's and share with me friend's
