Hi Geeks
I have created new site Gapsaa.com.
This site is an Online Event Management & Entertainment portal.
I need you to analyze my site and tell me suggestions to improve design and also to optimize pages for better page rank.

So far, it's good in content, but in my opinion, the advertisements should be still, and not flashing, and then extra space should be fileld. Otherwise, it's very good.

As for design, a couple of quick notes:
1) Your advertisement images on the right have a blue border in MSIE 6, but red in Firefox 3.
2) Perhaps you could stop the animation in your Gapsaa banner at the top after one or two runs (there's quite a lot moving in that page if only for the ads, so I think that would help concentrate on the content).
