Hi Danielle and welcome to daniweb. Sorry it has taken so long for you to receive a reply.
Adding up the total of the files in your Documents and Settings is a grand total of 38.16MB or 0.03GB...nothing, really a mere crumb.
That is not where you are going to regain space by removing files, as you can see.
The way to clean out a hard drive and regain space is to remove other things you may have stored there, temp files to begin with, music, pictures, videos, old programs you do not use. All of these take up a huge amount of space.
Music, pictures and videos burn them to disks and then delete them from the computer entirely. DON'T just delete, but use Add/Remove to UNINSTALL programs you no loner use, delete old emails sent and received that you may have stored on the computer.
