Ad Aware SE Negligiable Objects question

Should I delete these as well? The Negligiable objects that Ad Aware finds, or is it okay to leave them?

Just not sure which ones I should rid myself of.

Those are mostly MRU's (Most Recently Used) or folders etc that you have opened and can be deleted.

But if you ever use the 'recent documents' things then you probably don't want to clear them...
