Not sure if this is the right place however, I have a toshiba Satellite laptop that starts up but nothing on screen. I just downloaded Adobe Acrobat software upgrade and it prompts me to reboot I do and now it does not want to work. Like I said it starts (fan, lights) but nothing on screen. HELPPPPPPPPPP
you might try plugging in an external monitor to see if you have video output. There should be a blue Fn key on your keyboard...you hold that down and press the blue key with a monitor on it, probably F4, which transfers the signal to the external monitor you connect.
