First click start > Run type in inetcpl.cpl go to the advanced tab. Locate "Enable third party browser extentions" And uncheck it click apply. Next go to programs tab and click manage addons disable any addons that don't have a publisher or are number/letter. Click ok and close out of all browser windows. Try launching internet explorer again. Also try my computer to see if this has resolved your issue.


If you haven't all ready you may want to try a system restore to a point you know that your computer was working.
