open the case and look on the board for a name or go here and download a nd install aida32 http://www.aida32.hu/aida32-download.php
go to the motherboard section it should list what it is .

There are alternatives, though. One recommended by the AIDA32 team is EVEREST Home Edition. Another well-known one is SiSoft Sandra. Either of these will provide a great deal of system information.
