hi,

in my MS ACCESS front end, when i press TAB to jump to next text box or button focus is shifting in a disorderly way with no proper pattern.

What might be the reason. Please help me.

With the form in design view, go to View, Tab Order. You can then click and drag items in the order you want the user to tab in or click Auto Order.
