One reason your computer is running slow is you have a multitude of things, many of which are unnecessary, are running in the background.
I suggest you begin first with the steps in this thread Ignore the steps involving Deckard Scanner as it is not available. Continue through the other steps including running Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, Allow it to REMOVE whatever is found. REBOOT after running that program and then continue with the online scanner and finish up by running a NEW HJT full system scan
Post back here with all the requested logs and we can better determine what may be the problem
