Recently launched a company and have been able to generate traffic at times but not getting the sales that I anticipated from the traffic.

I like the site, I don't think that it's really the problem. I'd say your sales issues are simply because this is such a unique service and people aren't looking for it. You should be concentrating on publicity and SEO rather than site design.
