What protocol do you want to simulate? At what layer? You should be able to code a simulation up depending on which protocol you want to simulate.

You might also want to do a search into network simulation tools. I haven't used any, but I've heard of omnet and ns-2 being fairly common.

Wow, just when we thought we had seen it all, we are shown new ways (thanks to some of our elite newbies) on "How to not post a question on a Forum !!!"

You know what... I can read your mind even while you are offline and exactly know which protocol you want to simulate on what networks and what your assumptions/restrictions are.....But I simply DO NOT want to to help.
