I cannot seem to open my computer properties, it just loads for a second and then nothing happens. Also when I click ctrl alt delete it says task manager has been disabled by your administrator. I have scanned my computer with avg and a threat pops up under system 32 but I cannot get rid of it. Please offer and help that you can. Thank you.
