Hi,
Most probably you have a spyware or adware that trying to access internet, and ususaly for a bad purpose. Go to run then type msconfig and press enter, go to startup and check those processes one by one (google each of them as some are not supposed to be stopped). In case you find any one unusal, uncheck it and restart your computer.

It is never about the number of languages you know, you either have the logic of programming or you don't ...
