How to Kill Process???

hey frnds,
i am planning to create a mini project for my colg project work.
the idea is i am trying to create a anti-virus with the database of 100 virus but the problem is that i need a code to kill the process from the task mgr. because to detect the virus and to delete it the process of the virus must be shut down to delete it.
so guys plz help me in my proj work.
need code to kill process from task mgr with the help of VB 6.0.

try to get process of windows.
kill it by process name. its the easiest way.

i heard the function tskill but dont know how to use it.

Hi,
Go to microsofts website and search the knowledge base and you should find the code you need. Once you have that, if it does not work then come back and ask us a more specific question..
