WhooooHooooo!!!! Problem appears to be fixed. No more issues as I was having earlier. Thanks Cohen!!
Yeah...I was in safe mode and I went to the site as recommended. They instructed me to type a command in the "Run" box while having the windows xp disc in the drive. Then they instructed me to restart the computer with the disk in and Bam! Problem gone!
