displaying the values in the combobox

I have a combobx on the form and i enter the value in the combobox and then click save button and the values get stored in the sql table.but i want to display all the values in the drop down of the combobox what ever i enter during the run time.

Just clear the dataset and then re-fill it.

The thing is that i want the values in the combobx whatever i have saved at the backend in the table for a particular coloumn.every time i run my form ..i should be able to see the values in the dropdown of the combobox.as soon as i save the value in the combobx i should able to see it as well in the drop down.
