I have a few notes about your site.

First of all, why have you used a large white box for the background of your main content on top of a blue BG that you can barely see around the edges? I say do the whole BG in white and use the blue to created the color scheme.

The search results have too much white space between the header of the results (bold text) and the description of the result. Usually, I would tell people to include more white space, but in your case there's just a bit too much.

Also, you should add results page numbers at the bottom of the search results just like you do at the top.

The biggest note I have is that your site looks very "Web 1.0" and could use a major overhaul in terms of actual design. I would suggest taking a look at other website that you think look good to get ideas for sprucing things up with a nicer logo and some carefully placed color accents.

The concept of your site is good though, so just work on the visual design element and you'll be golden!
