Hello!
First things first, don't panic! Its just a computer- there's always ways to fix it. It's all about level of severity.
Alright, I quickly glanced over your HIJACKTHIS log, but I'm no expert at reading them, so I don't want to give any advice about it. All I can say is the ones that have no name (I don't think there were any) or no file (There was one near the top involving a yahoo toolbar) are usually suspicious.
What I would do in your situation here is download
combofix and
smitfraud fix to your computer. The instructions on how to use them are on the pages provided. I strongly recommend running them (NOT SIUMULTANEOUSLY) in safe mode.
The will both try to fix your computer and give you logs. First run one, save the log, reboot, and see if it worked. Then run the other if necessary, save the log, reboot, and see if IT worked. Post the/both the log(s) here for some experts to check out afterwards, regardless, just to make sure. Also post a fresh HIJACKTHIS log for good measure.
Let me know how it turns out!
