Do i need to update Windows to SP1 and g et the security updates before i do the rest of what you said? I just looked through my Automatic Update, and it says it has tried to download several times but failed due to:
Error details: Code 80242006
Error details: Code 80004004
do i need to manually update it?

Ok, well i continued with what you said, fixed the things from HJT, but when i went to install mbam-setup, nothing happened, i renamed it and it finished installing, but when i double click it it says:
"Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware has stopped working
A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available."
heres the new HJT log:

Open Device Manager and on the VIEW Tab, select the Show hidden devices option.
Go down to non plug and play drivers and see if there is one called TDSSserv and disable it.
==
Reboot and try running MBAM again.

I uninstalled it, rebooted, but am still getting the same Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware has stopped working error message.
also, AVG has been finding the trojan below by the boat load.
Trojan horse Agent.AKYE
C:\Windows\system32\TDSSydkw.dll
It found them on the reboot after uninstalling TDSSserv in device manage also.

You should be able to if you can boot to it. Give it a try.
