Can't get rid of these popups

No clue how I got it. I keep getting random web pages popping up. sagipsul.com is a popular one. I'm sure there is probably some spyware in this mess too. I use malwarebytes. It found about 19 infections. I removed all these. Then ran my AVG antivirus. It found a couple infections. I moved those to the virus vault. I then ran malwarebytes again. It found a couple more things. I am still getting the junk though. Here is my latest malwarebyte's log. Let me know what else I need to do if you can. Thanks a ton.
