Ya some it may i suppose..... (Like XP SP3 causes issues ONLY IN SOME MACHINES)

Apart from Smartdefrag and CCleaner, i use PCmaid, have been using it since two yrs...has worked wonders in optimizing(lol i mean clearing) for better performance
